June 25-29 – National Convention – www.redhatsociety.com.  SOLD OUT! – 5000 WOMEN

 

July 4 – Fourth of July Parade, Dale City.  Meet to decorate float at 8:45am.  Bring a small folding chair and candy to throw at people along the Dale Blvd. route.  Cost is $4.00 per person for balloons etc..  Lunch on your own at a local restaurant after parade.  Contact: jerib6@aol.com AND your QM before June 28.  A final count has to go to the parade committee.

 

July 9 – Red Hat Glory Day III with optional PJ Breakfast July 10^th.  11:00am – 4:30pm, Riverside Conference Center, 95 riverside Pkwy., Fredericksburg, VA.  The professional GNP Comedy Troup will be performing and there will be Red Hat vendors.  Cost is $75.00 before June 20^th for Glory Day.  Cost is $13.00 before June 20^th for PJ Breakfast.  Please make separate checks if you plan to attend both events.  For hotel, registration and additional info contact:  Joyce (Hells Belles) at joy2b@comcast.net or 703-791-6231.

August 23 – Ball game & Picnic – 5:45pm picnic & 7:00pm game the Potomac Nationals against Salem Avalanche.  Cost is $20.00.  Bring $3.00 per car parking at Pfitzner Stadium, “County Complex” on Prince William Parkway.  Stadium is between McCoart Building & the Water Authority Building.  Send $20.00 check to Mary Anne Money, 2223 Grundy Road, Woodbridge, VA 22191 before August 1.  Sponsor of event is Belles & Babes Chapter.

 

September 17 – Save this date for T.E.A Chapter fashion show.

 

September 23-25 – SOLD OUT! - RHS Virginia FUNvention at Radisson Fort Magruder Hotel and Conference Center, 6945 Phcahontas Trail, Williamsburg, VA.  Gala banquet with entertainment on Saturday.  Sunday is the PJ Breakfast and talent show.  Red Hat vendors both days.  Hotel reservations must be made directly to the hotel – 800-333-3333.  Room rates$89.00 (single & double), $99.00 (triple & quad) plus tax.  FUNvention registration is $87.50.  Mail check to Toni Liskie, 9040 Lee Davis Rd., Mechanicsville, VA 23116.  Contact:  Toni (Mechanicsville Dixie Darlings) for registration form at RHS4funVA@aol.com or 804-746-0536.  Deadline is April 1^st.
